At work we use WebEx to do webniars and service customer computers. Yesterday I found Dimdim and today I found Yuuguu. Dimdim is a free* web conferencing service that beats out what WebEx tries to make you pay for. Yuuguu is “the other half of WebEx” as I told a friend via email eariler today. There is some overlap in features but Yuuguu has Remote Desktop Sharing, not just viewing, and this is important for what we use WebEx for.
